Flow Retail is built to be part of a larger ecosystem, with the ERP system being at the core, handling all master product data and getting all order data produced in the stores.
That is correct! Our v2 API brings support for using your own system’s primary keys as the unique keys in Flow Retail, making it extremely efficient to integrate ERP systems and using the ERP system as master.
Flow Retail structures all sales data per store or department, with all details like payment methods, returns, customer information and much more. All this is available to be fetched into your Business Intelligence or analytics system like PowerBI.
That’s true. If our multiple clients covering most needs isn’t enough for your retail chain, you can develop your own optimized client in any programming language and easily connect it to the Flow Retail Core.
Our Flow Gift Card platform utilizes the same type of API even though it is a separate micro-service, letting you check gift card status and more super-easily. You can even check statuses and much more on all service orders through the Flow Retail Service APIs.
The Flow Retail API endpoints are carefully architectured to make them very easy to use. And, oh, we use the exact same APIs with all our own clients, so we definitely make sure they are easy and efficient to use.
